The Apps are free and open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0. You may use, study, share, and modify them under that license. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind; to the extent permitted by law, TIMxAI is not liable for any loss arising from their use.
Sign-in is a one-time code emailed to you — we store no passwords. Your content stays on your device, encrypted; we cannot read it, and we never sell or rent your data. You can export everything and stop using the Apps at any time. If you lose your passphrase, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Don't use the Apps to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attack the service. We may rate-limit or decline service to protect the platform.
Each app is an original, clean-room TIMxAI product. Where we say an app is "a private alternative to X", we name X only to describe the job it does. The Apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or built from the code or assets of those products. All third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.
